Delivery

Once a order has been confirmed you will be put into our delivery cue. Currently we deliver on Saturday’s starting at 8AM. You should expect the following emails as we complete the delivery process:

1. Delivery Date Email - We will confirm the date of your delivery.

2. Delivery Fulfillment Email - Once we have delivered your package you will receive an email confirming that our delicious festival package had arrived.

Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed you should expect the following shipping email:

1. Shipping Confirmation Email - You will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped and be given tracking information.

Returns

We do not currently have a return policy in place. There are factors with shipping food that are out of our control and we will take on any issues on a case by case basis.
